Lauren created Hot Dish! as a 'cooking' podcast (she’s not a good cook!) in her kitchen during the pandemic. She has since turned it into a live show and is now joined by fellow Chicago comic, Colleen Brennan.

Lauren and Colleen chat with a guest about their life, background and other topics, while they cook up something hot and tasty. While the food is cooking (yes, real food!), there is a high-stakes trivia challenge. You may win a prize! It might be amazing or it might be disposable underwear! We promise you will laugh a lot throughout.

Lauren

Lauren is a Chicago-based comedian, creator and cohost of Hot Dish! and co-producer of Back Room Comedy. She has brought her comedy everywhere from Zanies and The Lincoln Lodge to Lady Laughs Comedy Festival in Madison WI (her alma Mater). She enjoys riding her bike in the warmer months and plays tennis once a year. Lauren lives in Andersonville with her precious cat Roz.

Colleen

Colleen is a Chicago based stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer, and podcaster (Defending Indiana). A graduate of the Conservatory Program at The Second City, Colleen also received training in stand-up comedy at The Second City and Feminine Comique.
